Why females should take on more business?

It has been proven that women do great with multi tasking. Taking mothers as an example, they have the ability to take care of their house, kids, husband and work, all at the same time. Not only that, but they also never take a NO for an answer.  It is very surprising because usually men are the one who choose and have also more possibilities to become entrepreneurs. Anyway, as long as you know that the individual who can make you or break is you, and with enough persistence you will succeed.

 Entrepreneurship may be challenging and tiring. However, we have great examples of women who live in African countries or even India, which are not so developed as the Western ones they still manage to run companies or holding positions.  These are the women we should be looking up to and perceiving as role models. Take Folorunsho Alakija for example, Africa’s richest woman. Alakija is involved in the fashion, oil and printing industries. She is the group managing director of The Rose of Sharon. 

It’s totally fine to feel that fear, being discriminated, hearing that there are others who can do it better than you, that you are too busy to do it or that you should look for something to do. Find your own way to achieve most powerful woman in the world. Don’t surrender. Being a woman means you are strong enough to do it not the other way around. You need to thrive in the face of it, take the risk and believe in yourself.
